One of the best kept secrets of Pantea Group is our chef.
At the end of 2014 Jordi Samper took over the group’s kitchen. He is a passionate man, who started cooking with his grandmother at the age of 4 and since then has never stopped cooking.
He developed his career in the kitchen with teachers Jean Luc Figueras and Neichel and spent 5 years as executive chef at Ferran Adrià’s famous Talaia (quarry of other big “stars” such as Oriol Balaguer, Carles Abellán and Sergi Arola).
