Federica Elefante

She wowed us with her bartender moves and is now the Beach Bar Manager.

Carmen Ascanio

She’s been with Pantea since the beginning in 2008. After holding several positions, she eventually became Purchasing and Logistics Director.

Ernestina Silva (Kiki)

She’s had an impressive career, and started helping at the kitchen while she trained at the ESHOB hospitality school. Today, she’s Head of Central Kitchen.

Carla Rediu

After more than five seasons with us, she has gone from waitress to Beach Bar Manager.

Nicolás Más

He started as a waiter at Pantea six years ago, and is now Beach Director.
